Limescale build-up leads to breakdown or destruction of expensive equipment.
Water treatment stations can be installed at the water inlet of bakery ovens, proofing rooms or at the main water intake for the entire bakery, in which case we also protect other equipment against limescale, e.g.: dishwashers, water heaters and mixers, boilers and central heating installations, etc.

Based on many years of practice, depending on the equipment to which the water is to be supplied, the appropriate water technology should be used: softening or demineralisation.
